Bespoke acrylic & plastic fabrication

Made around your brief

Acrylic football display stand with a printed trophy plaque

Show the product clearly and give the display a purpose of its own. Bespoke acrylic and plastic fabrication can bring together a protective cover, a shaped stand, a branded back panel or a practical tiered display.

Tell us about the space, the purpose and the detail you have in mind.

Discuss your project

Designed around the item inside

Start with the product or object: its dimensions, weight, how it is handled and the angles from which it should be seen. A football presentation stand needs different support from a multi-level countertop display. Clearance, stability and access need to be considered alongside appearance.

Cases, stands and branded displays

The archive includes clear acrylic display cases, shaped presentation stands and tiered units with printed or engraved branding. We can discuss a freestanding cover, a countertop case, a product holder or a custom component that forms part of a larger display. Send a reference if you have a particular shape or detail in mind.

Choose the details that make it usable

Tell us whether the display will be opened regularly, cleaned frequently, transported or fixed in place. The material choice, thickness, joints, edge finish, access arrangement and any printing are reviewed against that use. Requirements involving food, impact, heat or safety need an agreed specification for the actual application.

Lift-off covers & display cases

Start with the space the object needs inside the case, including room to place and remove it. Tell us whether you have a base already, which faces must be clear and how often the cover will be lifted.

Product stands & presentation holders

Show the item in its intended position. Include its contact points, weight, viewing angle and whether a customer needs to pick it up. A sample or dimensioned sketch helps explain support that photographs can hide.

Tiered & countertop displays

List the number and size of products on each level. Include the counter footprint, refill direction and the view from the customer side. See our retail display guidance for stock capacity and branding.

Printed panels & branded details

Mark the areas that should remain transparent and the faces that carry print or lettering. Send original logo artwork and identify the front, reverse and visible edges so the graphic can be discussed with the construction.

Internal size and overall size answer different questions

Give the object’s maximum width, depth and height, then identify any extra working clearance it needs. Separately state the maximum footprint available for the finished case. This makes the brief clearer than one unlabelled set of dimensions.

For a repeat run, include the quantity, any differences between units and whether you want a first sample discussed before the batch. Use our cost and timing guide to compare the agreed construction, branding and delivery scope.

Your project questions

Can you include printed or engraved branding?

Include your artwork and preferred position. We can review branding alongside the construction, visibility and finish.

Can you copy the display in a photograph?

Use a reference to explain the function and style you need. Dimensions, materials, construction and any rights in another design still need to be reviewed for your own project.

What measurements should I send for a custom acrylic case?

Send the object dimensions, required clear space inside, maximum outside footprint and details of any existing base. Include how the item will be inserted, removed and supported; the final case dimensions and material thickness can then be agreed.

Custom acrylic displays for Norfolk and UK projects

A Norfolk retail, exhibition or presentation brief can start with the object you need to show and the clear space around it. Send dimensions, quantity, artwork and the delivery postcode, whether the finished display will stay locally or travel elsewhere in the UK.

For larger cases, explain the route into the room and how the cover will be handled. For multiple units, include the locations, assembly needs and how the displays will be packed or stored between uses. These details help define the fabrication as well as the delivery.
