Architectural vinyl wrapping for interiors

Made around your brief

Completed table with a walnut-effect wrapped top in a workplace interior

Explore a different finish for existing furniture and interior surfaces. Architectural vinyl wrapping can change the appearance of selected tables, panels or furniture components where the substrate and condition are suitable.

Tell us about the space, the purpose and the detail you have in mind.

Discuss your project

Start with the surface you have

Wrapping is a surface treatment, so the existing item matters as much as the finish you want. Send photographs of the whole piece, edges, corners and any damaged areas. The material, coating, joints and condition need to be reviewed before deciding whether a wrap is appropriate.

Refresh selected furniture and details

The archive includes completed table surfaces and office desk components with applied finishes. A wood-effect table top or a change to the colour of a furniture frame can help connect existing items with a revised interior. Identify exactly which surfaces you want changed, including the reverse sides and visible edges.

Agree preparation, finish and fitting

Texture, sheen and colour should be considered in the actual room and lighting. Surface preparation, edge details, cleaning, heat, moisture and wear affect the approach. Any repairs, removal, access, work on site and product-specific limitations need to be agreed within the scope. Wrapping does not resolve underlying structural damage.

Make the wrapping brief specific to each surface

Table tops & work surfaces

Give the length, width, thickness and quantity, then show the edges and underside. Identify whether the top can be removed and describe the cleaning routine and everyday use.

Doors, fronts & flat panels

Count the separate faces and mark which edges remain visible when opened. Include hinges, handles, gaps and existing finishes so removal and refitting can be discussed.

Furniture frames & shaped details

Photograph every side, joints and tight corners. Explain whether the item can be dismantled and which areas are visible in normal use; the shape affects how the finish can be applied.

Coordinated interior finishes

Use one schedule for the room: item, quantity, surfaces to cover and preferred finish. If some furniture needs replacing, include it in a wider joinery brief.

Review a sample in the room where the finish will be seen

A screen image is a useful reference for colour, but it cannot show the texture and sheen of the selected film in your lighting. Ask to review the proposed finish and agree visible joins, edge treatment and any preparation before the work is confirmed.

Flag loose coatings, damaged edges and previous coverings in the first photographs. For an occupied workspace, explain when furniture can be removed from use and what access is available. Discuss your wrapping project with a list of the actual items.

Your project questions

Can every surface be wrapped?

Suitability depends on the substrate, condition, shape and use. We need to review the item and the intended finish before confirming an approach.

Can I choose a wood-effect finish?

Share the colour and texture you have in mind, along with reference images. The available material, appearance, preparation and application details need to be agreed for your project.

What determines the scope of a furniture wrapping quote?

The number of items and faces, surface condition, shape, visible edges, selected film, preparation and fitting access all matter. Include removal and refitting requirements so you can compare proposals on the same basis.

Furniture wrapping enquiries in Norfolk and the UK

For an interior refresh in Norfolk, send a list of the actual furniture or panels, their dimensions and clear photographs of faces, edges and damaged areas. Add the location and whether the items can be removed from use or brought together for the work.

For a project elsewhere in the UK, include the same surface information and the access or installation arrangements you need reviewed. Identify the proposed finish and the working window. The location, condition and scope are considered together before an approach is agreed.
