Bespoke themed displays & props

Made around your brief

Completed sculpted themed entrance arch with decorative character details

Turn an idea into a physical feature people notice. Bespoke themed displays and sculpted props can give an entrance, retail setting or promotional space a character of its own.

Tell us about the space, the purpose and the detail you have in mind.

Discuss your project

Start with the scene you want to create

A themed entrance is part of the visitor’s first impression. A sculpted retail feature can help tell a product story. Share the theme, references and what the feature should do: frame an entrance, hold a product, form a backdrop or create a visual focal point.

Work through scale and construction

The overall size needs to relate to the room, the viewing distance and how the feature gets into the building. Tell us whether people will touch it, walk beneath it or move it between locations. Structure, support, stability, fixings and assembly need to be considered with the visible shape and finish.

Connect the feature with the wider space

The archive includes a completed sculpted entrance with character details. Your brief might combine a themed structure with printed graphics, signage or a product display. Indoor or outdoor use, durability, cleaning, fire requirements and any public interaction must be reviewed before the final materials and scope are agreed.

Turn the concept into a clear fabrication brief

Themed entrances & arches

Show the visitor route and the opening the feature must frame. Include overall height, width, building access and how the entrance relates to the existing walls and signage.

Sculpted display features

Explain the silhouette, visible faces, texture and colour that define the idea. Share front, side and detail references, with notes showing which elements matter most.

Features with integrated shelving

Mark the objects or products the structure will hold. Include their dimensions, weight, replenishment method and the parts visitors may touch or lean against.

Promotional props for reuse

Describe the number of moves, transport limits and the people assembling the prop. Flag storage space, packing and repeated assembly as part of the construction brief.

Separate the finished appearance from the delivery and assembly plan

A feature can look right in a sketch while still needing a practical route into the venue. Include doorways, lifts, stairs, loading access and the working area available for assembly. Identify the largest parts the site can accept and whether the feature stays in place after use.

List brand assets, graphics, lighting and supporting furniture required alongside the feature. A combined display brief helps resolve their interfaces. Share the concept through our project enquiry page, including your intended use date.

Your project questions

Can I start with a concept rather than a drawing?

Yes. Explain the theme, setting, scale and function, and share references. We can discuss what design and construction information is needed next.

Can the feature be moved or reused?

Tell us how often it will move, the transport limits and how it will be assembled. Those requirements influence the structure, joints and finish.

What helps you assess an early prop concept?

A rough sketch, overall scale, reference images and a description of the setting are useful starting points. Add how people interact with the prop, what it supports, access constraints and whether it must be dismantled or reused.

Themed displays and props for Norfolk and UK projects

For a Norfolk venue, shop or promotional space, send the concept, overall scale and site postcode. Explain what visitors will see, touch or walk beneath. UK projects outside the county can be discussed from the same combination of references, dimensions and intended use.

For a feature travelling between venues, include transport limits, storage, packing and assembly responsibility. Identify the largest parts the access route can accept, and whether graphics, lighting or product supports need to form part of the structure.
